The Provincia Autonoma di Trento requested FBK to design a service that would provide students with a repository of their personal information and the possibility to manage their extra-curricular activities

We employed a co-design approach to conceptualise and ideate new features that would add value for the students.
I organised and moderated focus groups and co-design sessions in the form of design workshops with local high school students and gathered the results into requirements
The mobile version focused on the operative management of on-going work and extra-curricular activities.
The desktop-based aimed at providing a more holistic support and to also helping students take decisions about their future. For this reason, it dealt with dense and highly complex information, which would have been very hard to manage on the mobile version of the app.
